CSDO 3325


Three semester hours.

This course is designed to acquaint the student with phonetics, phonology and transcription. An emphasis in classification and phonetics of English Phonemes utilizing the International Phonetic Alphabet (IPA), diacritical markings and phonological processes. Prerequisites: Admitted to the CSDO program and in good standing in the College of Education, and advisor approval.
