Measurement and Evaluation for Special Education
Three semester hours. (SP/SS)
This course focuses on assessment principles and non-discriminatory evaluation procedures used in special education including, statistical concepts, formal and informal measures, and testing instruments used in assessing academics, behavior, intelligence and adaptive behavior. Includes the interpretation of assessment results for educational interventions. Prerequisites: Admitted to and in good standing in the College of Education or department approval.
