Leadership Laboratory
Non-credit. Two contact hours.
This course offers opportunities to develop fundamental management skills while planning and conducting cadet activities. During this course the student will develop confidence, awareness, initiative, accountability, and the ability to analyze and solve problems while displaying the characteristics of an Officer for personal development and leadership within the institutional environment. The student will continue to develop as a leader that can improvise and adapt their knowledge and skills to solve problems facing altered situations. Corequisite; MS 3303.
