Operations Research II

Three semester hours.

Introduction to the fundamental probabilistic analytical methods and their applications to industrial and systems engineering.  Modeling and decision making with uncertainties. Methods include Markov chains, Poisson processes, renewal theories and queuing systems with application to production systems and inventory controls.  Prerequisites: ENGR 2372, SENG 3330..
