TAMIU Observes July 4 Holiday

Texas A&M International University (TAMIU) offices closed at noon on Monday, July 3 in advance of the Tuesday, July 4, 2023, holiday observance.

Classes scheduled for Monday afternoon or evening met as scheduled and were suspended all day Tuesday.

Offices reopen and classes resume Wednesday, July 5 at 8 a.m. 

As a result of actions taken by the Texas Legislature to address affordability in higher education, all resident undergraduate academic costs, including tuition, mandatory academic fees, all academic-related general fees, and college course fees, have been frozen for the 2023-24 and 2024-25 academic years at TAMIU.

Registration for TAMIU’s Summer II and Fall 2023 is currently underway.
