Reserve a Court
If there are multiple people playing on the same court, only one player needs to reserve a court. All players, however, must purchase a Tennis Complex Pass in order to play.
- Create an account and reserve a court via the Tennis Complex Bookings. (Current TAMIU students and employees do not have to create an account.)
- Select a court and your time slot via the Tennis Complex Bookings.
- Purchase a Tennis Complex Pass via the Recreational Sports Portal and by selecting the Tennis Passes. All payments must be made online. Cash is not accepted at the facility. (Students currently enrolled at TAMIU and Rec Sports Members do not need to purchase a pass.)
- If your plans change after you reserve a court, don’t forget to cancel your reservation by clicking on the three dots located next to the word “Booked.”
Tennis Court Reservation Guidelines
- Courts may be blocked out on the Tennis Complex calendar more than two days in advance for use by TAMIU for practice or matches, for tournaments, for City clinics, for League matches, or for other events as determined by the City of Laredo Tennis Complex at TAMIU. This calendar is maintained by Tennis Complex staff.
- Members may reserve courts two days in advance.
- Members may reserve courts in 1.5-hour time slots (90 minutes). Players will be asked to vacate the court upon completion of their reservation time slot.
- Members may only reserve one court under one respective name.
- Back-to-back court reservations are not permitted.
- If two or more members are on a court, they may not reserve another back-to-back.
- Members must cancel their reservation using the online Booking system if they will not be using a reservation. Consistently failing to cancel may impact future booking privileges.
- Players or visitors shall not enter the court prior to their reserved time and/or until players on the court have had the chance to finish their last point. On-court players shall promptly relinquish their court when their reserved court time ends.
