 On behalf of Texas A&M International University’s (TAMIU), the Office of Career Services

invites you to participate in

 TAMIU’s Spring 2013 School Districts Career Fair to be held April 15, 2013.

 This unique networking venue allows TAMIU students, graduates and the general public to participate and apply with school districts from all over Texas for positions from educators to support staff. 

 As an employer, you will have the opportunity to meet with students and alumni from TAMIU to distribute information and even recruit qualified candidates on the spot!

 AGENDA:

 Monday, April 15, 2013

 11:30a.m.-12:00p.m. District/Employer Registration - TAMIU's Student Center, 1st Floor Rotunda

 12:00p.m.-1:00p.m.  Luncheon and Booth Set Up- TAMIU's Student Center, Room 114 "Career Café" 

 1:00p.m.-4:00p.m. Career Fair- TAMIU's Student Center, 1st Floor Rotunda 

 4:00p.m.-5:00p.m. Dismissal and Booth Take Down- TAMIU's Student Center, 1st Floor Rotunda

 

STUDENT / ALUMNI REGISTRATION

Registration for this event is not mandatory, and the event is free of charge to students, alumni and the general community. To show interest and receive announcements about this upcoming event, please RSVP on our TAMIU Calendar or in Dusty Works (Login > Career Events > Search > 2013 School District Career Fair > "Register For Event")!

RECRUITER FAIR REGISTRATION AND FEES

Open registration for the 2013 School Districts Career Fair will begin on 
Friday, February 8, 2013.  

The registration fee is $120, and additional meal tickets cost $25 each. Registration fee includes 2 meal tickets (luncheon April 15), 
  1 skirted 6 ft. table, 2 chairs, 1 sign with printed organization name (no logos) and wireless access for the job fair (April 15, 1 p.m.- 4 p.m.)

 Please Note: Regular registration is $120 valid through April 8, 2013. Late Registration is $150, beginning April 9, 2013.

  Only regular registration fees are fully reimbursable if requested on or before April 8, 2013.

STEP 2:

If you will need wireless internet access please notify Career Services on your registration form. We no longer provide audio/video equipment or electrical outlets.

STEP 3:

Make sure Career Services has a list of names, e-mails, and phone numbers for all recruiters attending the Career Fair.  You may e-mail this list to careerservices@tamiu.edu in addition to your registration form.
