Designing and Managing Quality Educational Systems
Three semester hours.
Fundamental theory and principles of quality in the design and management of quality educational systems; the role of processes in improving education organizations and in process-based management; principles and techniques of continuous quality improvement and the use of quality tools to understand, analyze and improve educational systems and processes. Prerequisite: Approval by TAMIU doctoral program advisor.
