Immigration History
Three semester hours.
This course investigates the reasons why peoples from specific regions or societies migrate and the motivations and experiences of specific groups of immigrants. Topics include trade, colonialism, economic and religious factors, and issues of gender, race, and legal status. Prerequisite HIST 1301 and 1302.
