The Constitution and Criminal Procedure Law
Three semester hours.
The Constitution’s limits on government authority to gather evidence and investigate crime by examination of the Fourth Amendment’s limits on search, seizure and arrest; the Fifth Amendment’s privilege against self-incrimination; and the Sixth Amendment’s right to counsel.
