Information for Faculty & Staff
TAMIU defines Experiential Learning (EL) as in-depth, typically semester long, curricular, co-curricular, or extra-curricular experiences that enable students to apply academic knowledge to problems in a real-world setting through structured and intentional instruction and reflection activities.
QEP-LEARN aims to transform undergraduate education by expanding EL opportunities that foster career readiness through knowledge and skills and application to real-world contexts. To do this, LEARN will host professional development workshops to collaborate with faculty and staff to create or enhance existing EL activities.
