TAMIU Rec Sports Offers Summer Fun During Upcoming Camp

If you’re searching for activities to keep your child active this summer, look no further than Texas A&M International University’s (TAMIU) Rec Sports Summer Camp. 

The camp is offered to children ages 5 – 13, beginning July 11 – 28. Camp is held Monday through Thursday, from 8 a.m. – noon.

The deadline to apply is Friday, July 8. Registration is available online at https://go.tamiu.edu/rec-sports-camps.  

Campers can take part in several fun activities, including a Word of the Day, leadership discussions, recreational games, dance fitness, a Fine Arts showcase and lifetime sports development.  

The cost of the camp is $240 per child. TAMIU students, alumni, faculty and staff members are also eligible for a $30 discount.

Snacks are provided daily. Each camper also receives a Rec Sports Summer Camp T-shirt.
