The ticket booth opens 1 hour prior to show time. You should arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled show to buy tickets and snacks. CASH, VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, and AMERICAN EXPRESS are accepted

Shows requiring a specific date and time are considered "Private Shows". These are usually requested by schools, various organizations, or private parties.

• Tickets can not be refunded but can be exchanged at the LBV Planetarium Reservations Office.
• Outside food & drinks are not allowed (planetarium offers a snack bar)
• No chewing gum allowed in the theater.
• Electronics such as cell phones, tablets, and iPods should be turned off prior to the start of the show
• Video recording and photography are only allowed before the main showing unless instructed by staff.
• Due to extreme darkness in the theater, once the show has started, the doors will be closed.
