Event Request Process
To request the University President's participation or attendance at an upcoming event, please follow the guidelines below.
Submission Requirements:
- Advance Notice – All requests must be submitted at least six weeks before the event date
- Complete Information – Fill out all fields on the form to prevent processing delays and ensure accuracy
- One Form Per Event – Submit a separate form for each event
