Accessibility Training

TAMIU encourages leadership and structure across campus in order that we may continuously engage in and  assess diversity, equity and inclusion, in addition to efforts focused on  increasing the effectiveness of existing  or developing programs and services.  In all these efforts, TAMIU is dedicated to providing access that builds consensus  to drive and support equitable and inclusive outcomes.

The P.R.O.F. Center

The Professional Resource Opportunities for Faculty (PROF) Center promotes professional development to faculty at TAMIU. Development workshops provided to faculty enhance teaching and learning development, providing TAMIU students topnotch education.

Our Mission

The PROF Center is dedicated to cultivating teaching and learning excellence at TAMIU through its provision of professional growth opportunities.

Workshops

The PROF Center provides Professional Development opportunities for TAMIU faculty. Many of these, in collaboration with other University areas and partnerships, are free to faculty, but registration is required.

The Office of Information Technology and the PROF Center offer several technology and pedagogy training sessions. Simply log in with your TAMIU credentials in order to see a more detailed schedule and description of the training sessions that are being offered right now.
