Heat Related Illness

Who's at risk:

  • Seniors

  • Children

  • Athletes

  • Outdoor Workers

Signs & Symptoms:

No sweating, dry, hot, red skin, dizziness & headache, pinpoint pupils, vomiting, unconsciousness

Prevention:

Drink enough water, no caffeine, cool showering, wear light protective clothing, do not stay in a closed car, and limit outdoor time

Wildlife Awareness

FEED ANY ANIMALS
