Communication Law.

Three semester hours.

An overview and analysis of common legal issues in public communication. May include considerations relevant to print journalism, namely libel, invasion of privacy, censorship, questionable news gathering techniques and other First Amendment topics, as well as current legal problems in the television and radio broadcast industries. Prerequisite: Six hours of COMM.
