Folklorico Festival hosted by TAMIU Ballet Folklorico
In celebration of our 30th anniversary, TAMIU Ballet Folklorico is hosting a Folklorico Festival on Saturday, October 3, 2026 at TAMIU’s Fine and Performing Arts Theatre. This festival is also in contribution to the Fine Arts Festival from TAMIU’s Fine Arts Department. The purpose of the Folklorico Festival is to invite Elementary, Middle, and High School Folklorico Groups and Community Groups to showcase traditional Mexican folkloric dances to our Laredo and TAMIU community. The Folklorico Festival will serve as a fundraiser for our TAMIU Ballet Folklorico program.

Time: 7:00-9:00PM
The theatre doors open to the public at 6:30 PM
Tickets to see the Folklorico Festival will be $10 per ticket.
