Power Half an Hour

Join Ronaldo for a 30-minute circuit-style strength training class designed to help you build muscle, improve your form, and push your limits. Whether you're a beginner or experienced lifter, this high-energy session will challenge you while keeping things efficient and focused. Come ready to work hard, get stronger, and leave feeling accomplished—all in just half an hour! While the class is structured in 30-minute intervals, it runs for a full hour so you can drop in for a quick workout or stay for the full session depending on your schedule.


Bootcamp

Description:
This strength-based cross-training class is held outdoors and designed to push your body and boost your endurance. Modeled after police and firefighter academy training, Bootcamp combines functional strength movements with cardio elements to elevate your heart rate and increase your fitness level.

Whether you're aiming to get stronger, build grit, or just want an intense, action-ready workout—this 30-minute session is for you.

Description:
Get the full weight room experience in our private Personal Training Room 205 with Mar and Rebecca. This 60-minute strength-focused class is designed to help you lift heavy, improve your form, and build lasting strength. You'll focus on accessory movements that support and enhance your Olympic lifts, helping you move more efficiently and safely.

Each session includes a primary Olympic lift, followed by carefully selected exercises to boost your technique, increase lifting capacity, and improve overall performance—perfect for lifters of all levels

Walk-a-Holics Express

Take a break, stretch your legs, and enjoy a brisk walk around campus with Rebecca! This 30-minute walking group is the perfect way to get your daily cardio and steps in while soaking up the beauty of our campus—and maybe even spotting a little wildlife (from a safe distance!).

HIIT the Treadmill

Spice up your cardio routine with HIIT the Treadmill! This high-intensity interval training class takes your treadmill workout to the next level by combining intervals of speed and incline changes to keep your heart rate pumping. Set your own pace, challenge yourself, and run to the beat of the music—no more boring, solo runs! Whether you're aiming to improve your speed or endurance, this 60-minute session is the perfect way to get fit and have fun.


Aqua Aerobics

Description:

Make a splash this summer with a fun and engaging water workout! This low-impact class is designed to get you moving while enjoying the sun and water. You’ll use water weights and resistance techniques to strengthen and tone your body, all while staying cool. The workouts are challenging yet fun, providing a great full-body workout that’ll leave you feeling energized and accomplished. Sign-up required, with a small additional cost. Faculty and staff can take advantage of the Healthy U sponsorship, so be sure to head to their page for more info!

Pilates Express

Inspired by Joseph Pilates’ work with dancers, Pilates Express is a high-energy class designed to sculpt your legs, glutes, and core while improving strength, balance, and stability. Integrating both mat and standing functional movements, you'll experience a unique and effective workout that increases overall body control and enhances everyday movement. Pilates will help you develop strong, healthy, pain-free movements, boosting both your flexibility and functional fitness.

Yogalates Express

Led by our yoga and Pilates certified instructor, Mar, Yogalates Express blends the best of both worlds—uniting the strength-building flow of Pilates with the flexibility and mindfulness of yoga. This 30-minute class is designed to strengthen your hips, core, and glutes while helping you move into more advanced poses with confidence. You’ll improve posture, increase body awareness, and leave feeling both grounded and energized.
