OFFICE OF INSTITUTIONAL ASSESSMENT, RESEARCH AND PLANNING

The following instructions will guide you to access the course evaluation results:

1. You can log in through Blackboard
2. Scroll down and click ‘Course Evaluation Portal’
3. Click the Arrow icon to close Notifications
4. Click on the Three-Line Menu icon on the far left
5. Scroll down and click ‘Survey Manager.’
6. Click on the ‘X’s to clear the filter
7. Look for the desired term and click on the drop-down arrow next to ‘Manage.’
8. In the drop-down menu, select Results
9. Click on the drop-down arrow
10. Click on the drop-down arrow to prompt each Department. Click on the desired Department. You will be prompted with a list of individual courses.
11. Click ‘Results’ on the far right side to view individual reports. Your results page will appear.

5. Hover the mouse over the blue circle with three dots
6. Click on the bar graph to access Individual Course Results. Your results page will appear.
7. To view student comments, scroll down.
