To complete your abstract & poster registration, you will need to know the following information:
The name of your University
An email address where you can be most reliably reached with symposium updates and other information between September 1-December 15, 2009
Student Status (i.e. Undergraduate, Master’s, Doctoral)
Project co-author name(s)
Project faculty mentor/advisor name(s)
Project academic discipline:

The abstract should summarize the background for your research, your research hypothesis, or assumptions, your methodology, the results you have obtained, and the importance of the research in context of your discipline. Length limit is 300 words; if your abstract is longer than 300 words, only the first 300 words will be accepted. The judge’s evaluation will include an assessment of whether your abstract is concise and accurate and if the abstract accurately reflects the work presented on your poster.
Student is paying registration payment:
A credit card payment of $31 ($1 processing fee) is required for those students who will be paying for his/her own registration. You will need to know your credit card type, credit card number & card expiration date. Your registration will not be complete until you payment has been received. Paying by electronic check is also available.
University is paying registration payment:
Once you have completed the registration and abstract form, your registration is complete. You home University will be invoiced for your $30 fee.
