ELAR Learning Support Specialists
ELAR Learning Support Specialist (LSS) specializes in developmental English, Language Arts, and Reading courses. They work with students who may struggle with grammar, writing, or reading comprehension concepts by offering individualized instruction, tutoring, and targeted practice.
By identifying specific areas of difficulty and using tailored strategies, they support students in gaining confidence and competence in their English foundational skills, ultimately helping help to prepare for college-level coursework and to reach their educational goals.
