Academic Support - Tutoring Appointments
Book your tutoring appointment with our ACE - Academic Support tutors through TracCloud! Follow these steps to schedule an appointment in advance. If you encounter any issues, please call us at 956.326.4ACE (4223) or email academicsupport@tamiu.edu
Step 1. Visit tutortrac.tamiu.edu and log in with your Dusty account. You can reserve tutoring appointments up to 14 days in advance.
Step 2. On the TracCloud homepage, click the "Schedule a Tutoring Appointment" button.
Step 3. Select "Find first available immediately" in the drop down menu, and then select the subject for your appointment.
Step 4. Select "Tutoring" in the last dropdown.
Step 6. Click on the green box of your selected appointment date/time. The colored flags at the top of each box show if the appointment is for "Content Tutoring" or "Writing Tutoring". To view more dates/times, click "Load More."
Step 7. Confirm your appointment information. Default appointments are scheduled to be in-person. To make this an online appointment, click "Is Online" box. If the box is unchecked, your appointment will be in-person.
Step 8. You will receive an email confirmation and you can also go back to the homepage and see the weekly calendar to view your upcoming appointments and/or modify them.
