Funding for Military Spouse Career Training
Military spouses can access financial assistance through SpouseWorks (formerly MyCAA) to pursue career-focused education and training in approved fields. This valuable benefit helps make professional development, industry-recognized credentials, and career advancement more accessible and affordable.

Who Is Eligible?
Military spouses pursuing education or training that leads to employment in an approved career field may qualify for SpouseWorks funding.

Refund & Withdrawal Policy
- Class canceled by TAMIU: Receive a 100% refund.
- Withdraw at least 10 days before class begins: Refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
- Withdraw fewer than 10 days before class begins: No refund available.
- Credit/Debit Card Payments: Approved refunds are processed within 24 hours; banks may take up to 5 business days to post the refund.
- Cash or Check Payments: Submit a W-9 Form (required) and Direct Deposit Form (optional). Processing may take 2–4 weeks after required documents are received.
