TITLE IX

Members of the Texas A&M International University (TAMIU) community (employees, students, and third parties) are entitled to a campus that is free from discrimination and harassment based on sex.

TAMIU is committed to providing an educational and working environment that is conducive to the personal and professional development of each member of the University community. As such, TAMIU strictly prohibits all forms of sex discrimination, sexual harassment (which includes sexual violence, rape, sexual assault, domestic violence, dating violence, and stalking), and related retaliation. Conduct constituting sex discrimination, sexual harassment, and related retaliation will result in appropriate sanctions.
