Scholarship Recipients

The Texas A&M International University Staff Senate Book Scholarship assists qualifying TAMIU staff members to meet their educational goals. The scholarship encourages employees to obtain additional education and training.

"One of my biggest goals is to give back as often and as best as possible. Being part of Staff Senate has given me the opportunity to give back to our TAMIU students and the community through the various activities and events they hold. Allowing myself the opportunity to strive toward an MBA degree is another way for me to enrich myself academically and be able to give to my university. Receiving the Staff Senate Scholarship reassured me that I was making the right decision, and I am excited to continue on this path."
