Hire Heroes USA

Hire Heroes provides the following free services for veterans and active duty service members: effective job search, networking and interviewing techniques. Resume writing, mock interviews, mentoring, job sourcing, and career events.

Federal Virtual Training Environment (FedVTE)

This program provides FREE online cybersecurity training to federal, state, local, tribal, and territorial government employees, federal contractors, US military veterans and the public. Managed by DHS, FedVTE contains more than 800 hours of training on topics such as ethical hacking and surveillance, risk management, and malware analysis

Onward to Opportunity

Onward to Opportunity (O2O) is a free career training program that provides professional certification and employee support services to transitioning service members, veterans and military spouses. O2O combines industry-validated curricula, strong partnerships with leading veteran service organizations and private sector companies, and comprehensive career coaching services to prepare and match you with your next career.

AWS Educate

AWS Educate supports U.S. veterans, transitioning military personnel, and their spouses with access to the cloud resources needed to pursue jobs in the high-demand, cloud computing space. AWS Educate provides U.S. Veterans access to AWS Promotional Credit, cloud computing resources, and the option to learn skills based on a desired career path.

Microsoft Software and Systems Academy

Microsoft Software and Systems Academy (MSSA) provides transitioning service members, Guard, Reserves and veterans, including those with clearance, with critical career skills required for today’s growing technology industry.

Microsoft Software and Systems Academy provides a 17-week training for high-demand careers in cloud development or cloud administration. Program graduates have an opportunity to interview for a full-time job at Microsoft or one of our hiring partners.
