The MPA consists of 42 graduate credit hours. Thirty-three (33) of these hours (or 11 courses) are required core courses. The remaining nine (9) hours (3 courses) are supporting electives. These electives can be Special Topics courses in the MPA program or any other 5000-level graduate course offered at this institution, subject to approval by your advisory committee and MPA Director. Any non-MPA course should be related to your professional interests.
For more information, please refer to the University Catalog.
The MPA program is also offering a certificate in Nonprofit Leadership & Management that can satisfy the elective requirements. Feel free to visit the link provided or contact Dr. Peter Haruna at email@example.com or call 956.326.2613 for more information.
