Order an Official TAMIU Transcript

Final grades will be posted on transcripts on:
Fall Term (8/27/2019 - 12/12/2019) - December 16, 2019
Fall Flex Term (9/12/2019 - 12/12/2019)  - December 16, 2019
Fall Sub-Term I (8/27/2019 - 10/14/2019) - October 18, 2019
Fall Sub-Term II (10/21/2019 - 12/12/2019) - December 16, 2019

Degrees for Fall 2019 graduates will be posted on transcripts on January 10, 2020.
  • Students must clear any holds from their record before any transcript request will be honored.

  • Official transcripts printed on security paper and bearing the University seal are available from the Office of the University Registrar in room ZSC 121.

  • Official electronic transcripts are offered by the National Student Clearinghouse. They can be requested at the following website: getmytranscript.org.

    RECOMMENDED OPTIONS FOR PROCESSING DETAILS:

    What type of transcript do you want? COMPLETE/ALL

    The "current" transcript option is for students and alumni who want their transcript processed and sent ASAP. It will reflect the grades through the student's last or latest term. These transcripts will arrive to the recipient within an hour.

    "AFTER DEGREE AWARDED" TRANSCRIPTS WILL BE PROCESSED ON JANUARY 10, 2020.

  • Transcript requests cannot be accepted by telephone.

Students may request electronic transcripts and hardcopy transcripts via the National Student Clearinghouse. Login information is not required and an email address or physical address for the recipient must be provided. 

Electronic transcripts arrive to recipients within forty-five minutes to an hour (unless during peak times.) Mail-out transcripts arrive to the recipients within 5 to 7 business days. Transcripts requested for pick-up are ready the same day.

  • CURRENT *RECOMMENDED - Will be processed same day transcript is requested.
  • After Degree is Awarded - Will be processed on January 10, 2019 for the Fall 2019 term.
What type of transcript do you want?
  • COMPLETE/ALL *RECOMMENDED - Includes all records related to a Bachelor's and Master's degree.
  • Undergraduate - All records related to a Bachelor's degree.
  • Graduate - All records related to a Master's degree.

Current Students - Students must login to Uconnect with their NetID and password. Under the "Records & Registration" tab, select "Order Transcripts."

Former Students - Students must login to UOnline with their NetID and password. Under the "Student" tab, select the "Student Records" link and the "Academic Transcript" link. If you do not remember your NetID and password, please contact the Office of Information Technology at 956-326-2310 or at hotline@tamiu.edu.

A signed request must be completed by the student and a valid current picture I.D. must be presented at the Office of the University Registrar. Our office is located in the Senator Judith Zaffirini Student Success Center in room 121. The request will be honored on the same day.
Students may request a transcript by submitting a signed request along with a copy of a valid picture ID, and a check or money order payable to TAMIU. The request will be prepared within one to two working days. The Official Transcript Request Form may be submitted to the following address:

Students may submit the signed Official Transcript Request Form along with a copy of a valid picture ID to either transcripts@tamiu.edu or by fax at (956) 326-2249. Once the request has been received, our office will contact the student so they may make payment over the phone to the Business Office.
