We encourage citizenship and strong communities by building partnership within TAMIU, with public, nonprofit community-based organizations, and governmental institutions.

The TAMIU Service Abroad Program allows students to volunteer internationally, gain global experience, and make a positive impact through community service.

Our office values our community partnerships, encouraging students to connect beyond TAMIU's campus. Through the Community Work Study Program, eligible students can work part-time at non-profits, enhancing their collegiate experience while giving back.

The President’s Service Award is designed to formally recognize the exemplary community service contributions of members of the Texas A&M International University community. This distinction is open to enrolled students, faculty, and staff who demonstrate a sustained commitment to service, leadership, and civic engagement.
