Documents to Be Submitted at least 3 months prior to program commencement:
Upon review of application a Determination will be sent to the Program Director. It will inform the Director if the program falls under the Rule.
Documents to submit for Camps/Programs that DO fall under the Rule:

**Non Summer Programs must submit paperwork at least three months prior to the event.**

Camps and Programs for Minors training takes place in the fall and spring. Contact the Office of Continuing Education for dates and times.
