MyCAA (Military Spouse Career Advancement) is a program available to military spouses that provides financial assistance for those who would like to pursue a license, certification, or Associates degree in an approved career or occupation.

Refund/Cancellation Policy
The Office of Continuing & Professional Education provides refunds for canceled classes or withdrawals.
If a class is canceled, you will receive a full refund (100%).
If you did not attend and wish to withdraw, please see our [Withdrawal Policy].
Card payments are refunded within 24 hours. Your bank may take up to five business days to post the refund.
Cash or check payments require a completed W9 Form (required) and Vendor Direct Deposit Form (optional). Refunds for these payments may take 2–4 weeks from the date we receive the forms.
Withdrawal Policy
Students may drop a course with a non-refundable 10% administrative fee if written notice is sent to the Office of Continuing & Professional Education by email at ce@tamiu.edu at least ten (10) days before the class begins. If notice is not received by this deadline, full payment for the course is required.
