Spring 2019 Scholars

UHURP students can apply for one of two scholarships exclusive to members of the program. These scholarships include the D.D. Hachar Honors Scholars Program and the G.B.P. Newman Scholarship. Scholarship awards are contingent upon funding and may change from year to year.

UHURP students must complete their Financial Aid to be eligible for these scholarships. Failure to do so may result in limited scholarship amount being awarded.

Please note that if you are awarded an honors scholarship, half of the payment ($750) will be disbursed at the beginning of the semester and the other half ($750) at the end of the semester upon completion of requirements.

Should you choose to withdraw from the honors program or fail to meet eligibility requirements, the scholarship may be discontinued, and you may be disqualified from future honors scholarships.
