The National Society of Leadership and Success is the largest leadership in the United States. Our NSLS chapter at Texas A&M International University was started in 2019. Our local chapter is part of the national organization with 866 chapters, the NSLS currently has 2,241,662 members nationwide.

Students are selected based on exemplary academic achievement. As of May 2025 we have 1,492 members who have access to:

The NSLS Continuing Impact Scholarship

The NSLS Continuing Impact Scholarship recognizezes NSLS members beyond their first year of membership who exemplify sustained dedication to community engagement and leadership. This scholarship celebrates those who create meaningful, ongoing contributions to their communities or chapters, inspiring others to do the same.

Our five-step program takes approximately 10 hours over the course of the semester at your pace.

Steps to Induction:

  1. Attend (1) Orientation
  2. Attend (1) Leadership Training Day
  3. Attend (3) Speaker Broadcasts
  4. Attend (3) Success Networking Teams

We are a Registered Student Organization (RSO) at Texas A&M International University. As of September 2024, we had 1,358 in our chapter and there are more than 1.4 million members nationwide.

No, the payment for the membership is only a one time fee.

To become a member of the NSLS, students must be invited based on academic performance or other criteria set by their college or university. After receiving an invitation, students can apply online and complete the required leadership training and events.

NSLS hosts a variety of events, including:
